WASHPROSHOP.COM – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 6/30/25

Wash Pro Shop (“WashProShop.com,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to providing high-quality pressure washing equipment, accessories, chemicals, and custom-built units. This Return & Refund Policy is designed to clearly protect both our customers and our business. By purchasing from WashProShop.com, you agree to the following terms.

 

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED)

Due to the nature of our products—including chemicals, electrical components, and custom-built equipment—all sales are considered final unless a return meets every requirement listed below.

The following items are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances:

  • Used equipment or accessories
  • Opened chemicals or detergents
  • Custom-built equipment (including Clean Stream & Clean Stream Pro systems)
  • Electrical components (solenoids, remotes, boards, wiring, switches, relays, etc.)
  • Digital products, downloads, manuals, or training
  • Clearance, promotional, or discounted items
  • Products damaged by misuse, improper installation, or incompatible chemicals

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY (IF APPLICABLE)

A return will only be considered if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Request is submitted within 5 days of delivery
  • Customer receives a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
  • Product is not listed as a non-returnable category
  • Item has not been installed, connected, altered, or run with any chemicals

Items sent back without an approved RMA will be refused or discarded without refund.


3. RETURN SHIPPING & RESTOCKING FEES

To maintain fair pricing for all customers:

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If “Free Shipping” was applied to the original order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund
  • Customer must use a trackable shipping service and insurance

Wash Pro Shop is not responsible for lost, damaged, or refused return shipments.


4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within:

  • 24 hours for visible damage
  • 24hours for missing or incorrect items

You must provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of packaging + item
  • Description of the issue

If the issue is verified, we will replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion.

Damage caused by:

  • Improper installation
  • Running incorrect chemical mixes
  • Corrosion, clogging, or chemical contamination
  • Using equipment outside the intended specifications
    …is not covered and is not considered a defect.

5. WARRANTY CLAIMS & DIAGNOSTIC FEES

Some products may include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage is determined by the manufacturer, not Wash Pro Shop.

If a warranty claim is submitted:

  • The customer pays for shipping both ways
  • Returned units undergo inspection/testing
  • If the product is found to be functioning properly, a diagnostic/bench test fee may be charged

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Chemical damage or corrosion
  • Acid, degreaser, or solvent exposure
  • Hot mix damage
  • Water intrusion
  • Electrical overload
  • Wear and tear from commercial use
  • User error, neglect, or modification

Custom electrical units and Clean Stream systems do not include a return warranty unless explicitly stated.


6. NO “BUY–TRY–RETURN” ALLOWED

Returns will not be accepted for products that show any signs of use, testing, installation, or chemical exposure.

Attempted “test and return” usage voids all refund eligibility.


7. CHEMICAL COMPATIBILITY DISCLAIMER

Customers are responsible for verifying that their chemicals are compatible with their equipment.

The following immediately void all returns, refunds, and warranties:

  • Running acids, degreasers, or solvent-based products
  • Using incorrect dilution ratios
  • Running SH mixes stronger than recommended
  • Running hot water through non-rated components
  • Running unfiltered water causing debris contamination

Chemical damage is considered misuse.


8. ELECTRONIC & REMOTE SYSTEM PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMER

For products containing remotes, receivers, or electronics (including Clean Stream Pro):

Wireless performance can vary based on:

  • Distance
  • Obstructions
  • Interference
  • Dead batteries

These conditions are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return or replacement.


9. COLOR, FINISH & MATERIAL VARIATION DISCLAIMER

Slight variations in color, finish, plastic molding, or product casings may occur.

These are not defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.


10. PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS

All approved returns must be shipped back in:

  • Original packaging or
  • Packaging of equal protection

Products damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging will not be refunded.


11. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable:

  • Reshipping fees apply
  • 25% Restocking fee applies
  • Original shipping is non-refundable

If the customer refuses reshipment, the order will be treated as a return under this policy.


12. FRAUD & CHARGEBACK POLICY

Wash Pro Shop actively disputes fraudulent chargebacks.

By purchasing, you agree that:

  • All fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued
  • Evidence (photos, tracking, communication, IP address, etc.) will be submitted to Stripe/PayPal
  • Accounts may be permanently banned
  • Legal action may be taken when appropriate

Chargebacks for items delivered, used, or outside of this policy will be challenged.


13. CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if not yet shipped or entered into assembly.
After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Custom-built equipment cannot be canceled once payment is processed.


14. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Wash Pro Shop is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

Customers must file a claim directly with USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

If shipping insurance was purchased, we will assist in the claim.


15. REFUND PROCESSING

After an approved return is received:

  • Allow 5–10 business days for inspection
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Unauthorized returns will not be refunded and may be discarded.


16. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

All policies and disputes are governed by:
The laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky

Any dispute must be resolved exclusively in:
Knox County, Kentucky


17. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

Wash Pro Shop reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on WashProShop.com.
