This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Wash Pro Shop (“WashProShop.com,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below. This policy is designed to protect our customers and our business while providing clarity and consistency.
1. Order Processing Time
We work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Standard Products (Non-Custom):
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days.
Custom-Built Equipment & Assemblies:
Includes Clean Stream, Clean Stream Pro, electrical setups, and specialized builds.
These products require dedicated assembly, testing, and verification.
Estimated processing/build times: 1-7 Days.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
2. Shipping Carriers & Methods
We ship using major carriers, including:

USPS

UPS
-
FedEx
Wash Pro Shop reserves the right to choose the carrier and method that best suits the shipment based on weight, size, destination, and product type.
Carrier selection cannot be guaranteed, even if a preference is noted.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Destination
-
Package size & weight
-
Shipping method
“Free Shipping” promotions—when offered—apply only to the initial shipment.
Free or discounted shipping does not apply to returns, reshipments, address corrections, or replacement orders unless explicitly stated.
4. Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information at the time of order.
We are not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Delayed delivery due to wrong address

Packages returned as “Undeliverable”

Additional shipping costs caused by address errors
If a package is returned to us due to address issues, reshipping fees will apply.
5. Tracking Information
When your order ships, a tracking number may be emailed to you.
Please note:

Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Carriers may show “Label Created” before the package is physically scanned.

Tracking updates are controlled solely by the carrier.
Wash Pro Shop has no ability to accelerate or modify carrier tracking processes.
6. Delivery Estimates (Not Guaranteed)
Any delivery estimates provided at checkout or by the carrier are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Carrier backlog
-
Weather conditions
-
Peak season demands
-
Routing mistakes
-
Customs (if applicable)
-
Carrier staffing shortages
Shipping fees are non-refundable for delayed or late deliveries.
7. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier scans the package as accepted.
After the package is with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any carrier:

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
-
Title to products transfers to the customer at that moment
-
Delivery disputes must be filed directly with the carrier
This protects both the customer and Wash Pro Shop by placing responsibility with the carrier after pickup.
8. Packages Marked “Delivered” but Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

Check with neighbors, family, building managers.
-
Inspect around property entrances.
-
Allow 24–48 hours for carrier scan corrections (common).
-
Contact the carrier directly to open a delivery investigation.
Wash Pro Shop is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery.
We may, at our discretion, offer discounted replacements or assist with carrier claims, but we are not obligated to replace or refund.
9. Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

Keep all packaging materials
-
Contact us at support@washproshop.com within 48 hours of delivery
We will assist with filing a claim when applicable.
Damage caused by improper installation, chemical misuse, electrical overload, or customer handling is not considered shipping damage.
10. Lost or Stuck-In-Transit Packages
If tracking shows no movement or carrier scans appear stalled:

Contact the carrier first for the most accurate internal tracking data

Provide us with the carrier’s response or claim information
-
If the carrier confirms a lost package, we will assist with next steps
We cannot replace or refund orders until the carrier completes its investigation.
11. Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:

Wrong address
-
Refusal of delivery
-
Failure to pick up
-
“Undeliverable” status
Then:
-
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
-
Return shipping fees billed to us by the carrier will be deducted

A restocking fee may apply (see Return Policy)

Reshipping fees must be paid before resending
If the order is eligible for a refund, it will follow our Return & Refund Policy guidelines.
12. Split Shipments & Inventory Availability
Orders may ship in multiple packages. Reasons include:

Items ship from different facilities
-
Part of the order is custom-built
-
Stock levels change
Backordered or pre-order items will ship separately once they become available.
13. Restricted Items & Hazmat Shipping
Certain chemicals or components may be classified as hazardous materials:

These items may require ground-only shipping

Delivery may take longer
-
Some regions or states may restrict shipping entirely
If an item in your order cannot legally be shipped to your destination, we will cancel and refund that item or the full order at our discretion.
14. International Shipping (If applicable)
If enabled, the customer will be responsible for:

Customs duties

Import taxes

Broker fees
-
Delays caused by border inspections
If international shipping is not currently offered, remove or modify this section accordingly.
15. Force Majeure
Wash Pro Shop is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill shipments caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Raw material shortages

Global events

Carrier disruptions

Strikes

War

Government actions

Weather

Supply chain breakdowns
In such circumstances, shipments may be delayed without liability.

The latest version will always be available on WashProShop.com.
Placing an order after updates signifies acceptance of the current policy.
